DAN NEUMANN

Research interests: Dr. Neumann's interests center around the structure and dynamics of molecular materials, particularly fullerenes and cubane, as well as the structure and dynamics of layered systems, including graphite compounds and silicates. He is also interested in Portland cement, particularly the dynamics of water; the diffusion of atoms and molecules in various guest-hosts systems; and instrumentation for inelastic and quasi-inelastic neutron scattering. 

Current position: Physicist, National Institute of Standards and Technology, NIST Center for Neutron Research. 

Term: May 2007 - June 2015.
