Training Courses for Argonne User Facilities

All core courses can be taken via the Remote Training web site. See the user training requirements summary for general information. Requirements for your situation are given in your account in the User Portal and in emails from the User Office.

How to use the Remote Training system
  1. Go to Remote Training.
  2. Enter your user badge number. You will be shown a page with core courses listed.
  3. To take any course, click on the link for the course.
  4. You can print a PDF version of the course as a study guide, take the course and test, or take a challenge exam.
  5. If you elect either of the latter two options, you will need to re-enter your badge number and web password.
  6. Successful completion of the course will be automatically recorded in Argonne's Training Management System within an hour.

Argonne employees or users may be required to take additional web-based training courses, available in the "Additional Courses" section on the On-site User Facility Training page. These courses require your Argonne domain account and password (only available inside Argonne firewall).
