The International Workshop on Nanoscale Spectroscopy and Nanotechnology (NSS-8) has been announced today. It will be held in Chicago from July 28-31, 2014. The workshop follows a biennial meeting series where the information on latest research advances of science and technology in the nanometer regime is exchanged. The scope of NSS-8 includes electronic, optical, magnetic, mechanical and transport properties of nanoscale systems and nanoscale devices, as well as nanomanipulation. A special session will focus on the emerging field of synchrotron x-ray scanning probe microscopy. |
