Nominations for the Compton Award should be submitted no later than 5:00 pm Chicago time on Friday, March 1, 2019, and include the following:

• A brief (one page or less) nomination statement including a description of the nominee’s work and a statement describing the significance and impact of the work. Please also provide the names and affiliations of the two individuals who will provide supporting letters.
• Two supporting letters (not including nominator statement). These can be e-mailed directly from the individuals (they do not have to be co-submitted with the nomination statement).
