APS/CNM Users Meeting: Information for Argonne Employees

The following steps must be completed prior to the registration deadline to secure your attendance at the APS/CNM Users Meeting:

     1. Submit a conference attendance request through Concur.

     2. Register for the Users Meeting as an ANL employee attendee.

     3. Submit XINK-936 to pay the registration fee.
 

1. Conference Attendance Request: CONCUR

Argonne employees must submit a conference attendance request through Concur. This is required for all conferences, including those held on-site at Argonne.

  • Sign in to Concur and click “Start a Request” at the top.
  • Select the “Argonne On-Site Conference” option from the Request Type drop-down menu.
  • Fill in all required fields, including the division cost code to charge for your registration fee, and click “Create Request.” This will submit your request for approval.

Approval is required to attend the Users Meeting.

 
2. Users Meeting Attendee Registration: CVENT

Once you receive approval from your Concur request, please submit your registration for the Users Meeting.

  • Select “ANL employee” as your attendee type.
  • Choose any sessions you would like to attend, including the banquet and/or lunches. Note: The banquet and lunch fees are not eligible for reimbursement and must be paid for using a personal credit card.
  • Upon completion of the registration, you will receive a confirmation email.
 
3. Registration Fee Payment: XINK

After registering for the Users Meeting, please submit XINK form ANL-936 to pay the registration fee. This must be completed prior to attending the meeting.

Attending any portion of the Users Meeting requires full payment of the registration fee.
