Description

Abstract:

In recent years, the world's leading synchrotron radiation light sources have entered a period of upgrading, and the size and divergence of light sources have been greatly reduced. Such light sources have the potential to increase the photon density at the focal point by two orders of magnitude or more than the current level by reducing the focal size and increasing the photon flux toward the focal point. To address this, the requirements for focusing mirrors have become much more sophisticated. In this talk, I will introduce the latest research and development status of a very stable sub-10 nm focusing optics and a beam size tunable zoom condenser optics.
