Argonne Guest House: Request Reservations

Passes to the Argonne Campus are issued by AIC Visitor Reception personnel at the request of an ANL/DOE badged employee or a resident of the on-site Lodging facility. Passes are valid for site access from 6:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Passes for access at any time can also be issued at the request of the host of the visit.

Prior arrangements must be made with the AIC Visitor Reception personnel (2-5755) for access during off-hours, weekends, and holidays. The AIC Visitor Reception is operated from 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Notify the Argonne Guest House if you will be arriving outside of the above hours so that proper arrangements can be made.

Visits by non-U.S. citizens may require the completion and processing of form ANL-593, Visit/Assignment Request Form, by your Argonne contact person.
