Hello, all!

Has a date been defined yet? I saw that monday is the most voted day, but didnt receive any warning about a final decision.

 Cheers,

Marco

Subject: areaDetector monthly meeting

Dear Tech-talkers,

I would like to announce that we will be starting a series of areaDetector collaboration meetings soon, the main goals of the meetings will be: discussing/merging PRs, defining the collaboration policy/procedures on the areaDetector repositories and deciding about any administrative matter required.

In order to choose the most suitable day, a group poll was created on doodle: https://doodle.com/meeting/participate/id/b2GRK7Pd
The first meeting will happen in the week starting on the 29th of January, once the day has been decided, the meeting will repeat on a monthly basis.

When the participant list is defined, a link with the agenda items and meeting notes will be shared, these will be done using HackMD and will eventually be pushed to GitHub.

Best Regards and Happy New Year,
Emilio Perez
