I am not sure I understand. Are you claiming that in your setup the sequencer
somehow sets the value of the PV "{DEVICE}:ENA_CMD" to zero w/o anything in
the SNL program saying so? That would be a serious bug in the sequencer! Or do
you mean that in the program the variable RUN is zero, even though teh PV is
one. In teh latter case, could you make sure that the SNL program sees a
different value compared to what camonitor sees?
