Thank you so much for your kind suggestions!
We already tried Dr. Maslov's suggestion. But it did not work.
We can control all main functions of the scope from EPICS MEDM OPI panels without any problem.
But only one problem is no tracing of output waveform. We will re-check MEDM installation issue.
Our MEDM plots well when we control TDK Lambda power supplies.
