Hi Pierrick,

The released version of devSNMP doesn't support using SNMP v1, only v2c.
I have a modified version of devSNMP which supports using SNMP v1 and has a few other enhancements as described in the talk http://isacwserv.triumf.ca/epics09html/FR1/devSNMP.ppt from the EPICS collaboration meeting. I can send you a copy of the modified source code but I don't yet have a released version.
