Subject: genSub and EFLG

I have created a genSub record, myGenSubRecord, for which the subroutine does nothing.

For myGenSubRecord I set:

OUTA = "someOtherRecord PP"

EFLG = "ON CHANGE"

if I cause myGenSubRecord to process then so does someOtherRecord which is not what I would expect for this value of EFLG. Am I misinterpreting the meaning of EFLG?
