"undefined symbol" error when download st.cmd (base3.14.9-pre2)

Here at IHEP,we have lately problem with download st.cmd file which gmake by base3.14.9-pre2.We meet "undefined symbol"  when download st.cmd file to VME5100.
The application is build by base-3.14.9-pre2 version.The platform is Red Hat Linux 3.2.2-5.The gcc version is 3.2.2 20030222.The crossgcc version is 2.7.2.The vxworks version is 5.4.

called by reboot.  For reduced functionality, call
