Hi all,
  We have two MKS 111 Spectra Products Residual Gas Analysers in our 
storage ring.

  At the recent EPICS conference, someone said they had an RGA device 
driver, but I can recall who that was. If you would like to 'fess up
that would be great, or if anyone else has a driver, any code/examples
would be appreciated.
