Hello, everyone,
I have succeeded in building EPICS 3.14.4 base under Cygwin, windows 2000, but there is a problem when I
built  an example. My steps are:
 1. perl makeBaseApp.pl -t example example
 2. perl makeBaseApp.pl -i -t example example
 3. make

But it said that Can't find configure/RELEASE file at /jk/epics/base-3.14.4/configure/tools/convertRelease.pl line 79.
make[1]: *** [checkRelease] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/KEK J-PARC Group/iocs/configure'
make: *** [configure.install] Error 2

It seems like that the convertRelease.pl cant work correctly.

Can anyone give me any advice?  Any advice is welcome!
