Compiling ChannelArchiver1.9.1 or 1.10.2 on Windows XP

hi,
  I'm trying to compile the ChannelArchiver1.9.1 using Visual C++ on
Windows XP and i get the following output(I ran into the same problem
when i compile ChannelArchiver1.10.2):
