I spoke to the Motorola Computer Group today about their model MVIP300
IEEE-488 Industry Pack Module.  They simply are re-selling the SBS
(Greenspring) IP-488 under their own label.  Thus, if Greenspring
discontinues the IP-488 the Motorola part will not be available either.
