GPIB Problems

I am attempting to send commands through the EPICS GPIB interface with the
GpibInteract program.  An error is returned by the 'sysLocalToBusAdrs'
function in drvGpib.c, and I show the output of the GpibInteract program 
below.  The system was tested with a separate EPICS version (3.12.2) and
functioned fine.  I am using version 3.13.2.

It looks like there is a problem in passing strings, niGpibCmd should
print ?_%@ as its command string.
