medm icon

We use x-terminals (Open-Windows now but CDE soon) to display medm_2.3.4a
displays.  When the operator minimizes the display to an icon,  the icon
label is the .adl file's name,  left-justified,  including the full
pathname.  So ,  the icon labels are the same for all medm displays, showing
the very top few directories in the path.

Is there a way to right-justify the icon label (xset?) and/or a way to
specify the icon label's text (medm command line?)  ?
