Hi Earnest,

Thanks for the heads up. This is the first I have heard about this.
I don't see anything obvious in the R3.13.3 CA client source code
that might be causing this. It would be interesting to know if
this occurs at other sites, and in particular if this occurs when 
EPICS is not running on Tornado II.
