New EPICS Website at APS

Check out the new look of the EPICS Home page at APS:
	http://www.aps.anl.gov/epics

A major reorganization of the EPICS pages at APS now provides a
better-looking and easy to navigate site.
 * Links to available hardware support and other IOC and Host software
sites
 * Add entries for your published device support and custom record pages
using the simple web forms
 * Find the web-site for that collaboration meeting last year
 * Documentation for each version of EPICS Base now collected together

Web-masters: URLs pointing to the old APS pages should be updated, but
browsers will be redirected to the correct new location anyway.
