Omissions in 3.12.2

While attempting to get a test version of 3.12.2 put together at ALS, I
discovered that a couple of bug fixes did not get put in the release,
probably because I didn't follow the correct proceedure.

    1) drvVmi2534.c (We originated drv/dev support for VMIC-2534 pi/o)
    2) devMz8310.c  (We didn't originate this, but someone here found a bug)
    
I can e-mail diffs (fairly short) or corrected sources to anyone who needs
them.  And the question remains, what do I need to do to insure that these
changes get integrated into the next release?
