I have looked at the code a bit over the weekend . . . by any chance, could
you locate a makefile for the Windows build and make it available?

The compilers which I have access to are having some problems with the code 
and I assume that most of this is probably due to defines wrongly defined,
assumptions that I am assuming wrongly, code that I am attempting to build
which should not be part of the windows CA library, or maybe even the chance
that I will have to change compilers.
