I have these changes prepared on the master branches in my
repositories.  I've held off pushing them to the main
repos so far as it would simplify doing a 7.0.3 release
with the recent windows and vxworks bug fixes.

For pvDataCPP it does.

With pvAccessCPP I found that pvAccessLog() was missing
a EPICS_PRINTF_STYLE().  Adding this turns up a whole
bunch of integer size vs. format spec. mis-matches.
So the net number of warnings is reduced, but still large.
