I agree, no bug in the example - but why not add the call to close the
context to show best practice in the general case, even if you don't
show a put example?
I also agree with Jeff, doc could be improved - as I read it, it gave me
the strong impression that "flush" meant flush! - perhaps others will
make the same error of not reading the "fine print".
