Reminders for ensuring smooth access, especially if you haven't been to the APS in a while.

 

Is your badge still valid?
Badges are valid for 2 years for non-U.S. citizens and all students. Badges are valid 5 years for U.S. citizens.

Users with a valid badge may enter the site via either the North Gate (24 hours a day) or West Gate (6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday).

Is your user profile up to date?
If it has been a long time since your last visit, we strongly suggest that you update your registration form. The User Office will confirm that your access permission is still current.
