3. 7-BM-A:  No issues, good job.

4. 7-BM-B:  No issues, good job.

5.  7-ID-A:  Oxygen monitoring no longer required.  Remove as legacy equipment (floor coordinator).

 

6. 7-ID-B:  Mixed utilities in cable tray.

 

7. 7-ID-B:  Temporary extension cords used as permanent power.

 

8.  7-ID-B:  Mark utilities with content and direction of flow.

 


9.  7-ID-C:  Electrical grounding wire should be bare or green.

 

 

10.  7-ID-C:  Mark utilities with content and direction of flow.

 


11.  7-ID-D:  Laser operating permit expired.
