The following items were identified during the inspection:

1.  The shop vac should be labeled as "Caution:  Do Not Use for Hazardous or
Toxic Materials."  This label will be supplied by the XFD ES&H Coordinator's
office.

2.  Recommendation:  In an effort to prevent unauthorized use of the horizontal
band saw, it is recommended that the unit be unplugged and a plug cover and lock
placed over the end of the plug when not being used by sector 7 resident 
personnel.

3.  A "Caution: Sharps" label is needed for the sharps container and will be
provided by the XFD ES&H Coordinator's office.

4.  General housekeeping on the benchtops needs improvement.

The following items were identified during the inspection:

1.  The GFCI outlet near the eyewash station needs to be tested for CY2004
compliance (see image below).  Please contact Lisa Gades (432 Floor Coordinator)
at 2-0200 to arrange for testing.

2.  Reminder:  Tool testing needs to be done on an annual basis.  Please check
the electrically-powered hand tools throughout  sector 7 for compliance 
(see image below).  A tool tester will be available next month from the XFD
ES&H Coordinator's office.

3.  General housekeeping on the benchtops needs improvement.
