ESAF B. Glagola:  When some reports had printed, errors occurred such as lines missing, unexplained page breaks, etc. If you are having problems, contact Bruce so that he can better test the on-line features.  On the APS experiments query results page, information about expired experiments were not showing. If some wanted this information, a checkbox could be included on the query page that would include experiments one-year expired.

Bruce asked Users to continue to have the ESAFs filled out at least one week ahead of experiments.

Safety E. Chang:  Elroy reported that OSHA inspectors have just visited the APS. They were briefed on the type of work performed at APS. On July 8th, there will be two OSHA teams on-site, each with its own particular expertise. He reminds CATS to prepare their areas. We have asked Phil Collinseran, former OSHA inspector, to come to the APS and assist in preparing for inspections. He can go over your areas with you, answering questions you may have. Hell be at the APS for two sessions: first to check your areas and write up his initial impressions, finally to review his findings.

Survey Form for Sample Preparations and Characterization Lab R. Klaffky:  Roger explained that new survey forms are being prepared which will be sent out to sectors. Questions included will relate to whether responder has interest in sample preparation/characterization labs, type of equipment and samples desired, frequency of use, and room for individual comment. The form is still being modified.
