Information and Follow-up

User asked what happened on Friday when shutters closed and beam was lost.

Kevin Beyer answered that Nick Sereno noticed this during studies mode.

User, Dean Haeffner, remarked that when this happened they did not immediately announce it to the users.  It should be announced as soon as trouble is known.

Roger Klaffky agreed that we make these announcements sooner.
