When will the new hours for door security become effective?
It was decided to coordinate these regulations along with dosimeter changes, beginning January, 2003. Doors will remain open 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you wish an exception, please notify Roger Klaffky.
Operations Stats: Glenn Decker reports from week 9: 136 hours scheduled, 136 hours delivered. Availability was 100% with 0 faults.
Machine studies begin on Tuesday, December 10th. Beam requests received thus far:

Dosimeter Issuance: Reminder to submit names of those who are requesting personal dosimeters to P. K. Job, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Beamline Scheduling: The task force is getting closer to enabling users to view Watchman data on secure web. Yeldez Amer, AOD, will contact Users to discuss the Watchman data. The next task force meeting will be held Thursday, December 12th, at 2:00 p.m.
Detector Pool: Petr Ilinski announced the meeting scheduled Friday, December 13th in Building 402/E1100 beginning 10:00 a.m. This meeting will cover results of the DetectorSync questionnaire and area detectors acquired for APS detector pool.
