Beamline 20-ID-B,C: X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy & LERIX Beamline

Description

A spectroscopy-based beamline with multiple stations: x-ray Raman (LERIX) spectrometer, x-ray microprobe with beams down to 1 micron, and a time-resolved XAFS with 100 psec resolution. We also support in collaboration with PNC scientists an MBE-capable surface XAFS station, and a surface diffractometer.
