Service Coordination Board

The Service Coordination Board (SCB) exists to ensure that APS resources are assigned to the highest priority projects. It has members from each APS division and from the APS Upgrade. Projects are only given approval to proceed if sufficient resources are available. The SCB monitors ongoing projects and tracks progress.

The SCB aims to be transparent in its operation, so that any APS person can see the status of their project.
